The drivers for this app has bad route map. They usually loss track on the way. And the customer service is a scam asking the confidential secret pin no. to refund the money. And they cannot resolve the issue at all. I've being using uber for long time but haven't face this type of situation where the driver drop to a undesired location. And charging double the price to deliver to the right place.🥲🥲

A appreciation post for the rapido for an absolute rides given by. But it's really disappointing that you all give an advertisement of 5mins booking and 50rs guarantee but really I have been using rapido every now and then but got too disappointed by keep on booking the rides and it gets denied... Like captains they dont at all move towards the pickup point and the rude behaviour of the captains is at peak. I often use rapido but can't take all of these issues into my head.

add payment option in the app itself. it will be easier to make payments without looking for another payment app. drivers are sometimes cancelling the rides without even giving any reason.for their decision they are making us responsible saying that we have cancelled the ride due to our personal reasons. And some drivers are showing language and regional barriers. If they found non locals they will charge more. Enable options to know the reason why the rides are cancelled by the drivers.
