It's got some serious usability quirks... For example, it asks for application updates in the worst possible times when you're on a cellular data, few megabytes left on the plan, and the app becomes unusable if you don't agree to update! In fact, you can't disagree; there are no postpone or cancel options! Why the hell is it so urgent to update?! I'm okay with using an older version for a few minutes. Is that on a purpose so it'll use up my data so I pay for more?! It certainly seems that way...

topped up my number 2 lari at 23.50; 23th May 2024; to activate 6gb for 6lari 30 days but starter pack was activated automatically which I didn't know and after that I didn't know what to do then I pressed *200*95# to cancel automatic reactivation of starter pack but starter pack is now cancelled and my 5lari of my topup is no where and it is stolen for no reason; you don't send messages in English/Georgian alphabet for non-Georgian subscribers so they know what to do or use Google translate

I mean it's not really bad, but everything is so EXPENSIVE! At start when it was called my beelline everything was so cheap! I was getting notifications that's says that u could buy things for more sales, sometimes it even gave me free mobile data and etc. + they are now some lags with mobile data, sometimes i can't call people or send messages... Such a disappointment. PLEASE bring back My beeline, becouse cheap service was the reason i bought My celfie sim card!
